1) HOW TO ORDER :

2) INVOICE :
- R.G. will send you an invoice for payment.
- If any items are out of stock, it will appear as sold on the invoice.
- All prices are exclusive of courier charges.
- Postage cost will be advised on invoice (see pt 5 for postage cost breakdown).
3) PAYMENT :
- Upon receiving invoice, customer has 2 days (Sat & Sun included) to transfer full amt to POSB savings account 207-38153-5
- Pls note that items are 1st come 1st serve basis.
- If payment is not recieved within 2 days, order will be cancelled without notice.
4) ORDER CONFIRMATION
- Once payment has been made thru transfer via ATM, pls send scan or photo attachment of receipt using same email with invoice back to R.G.
- For internet banking customers, use back the same email with invoice and provide ref # and also the time of transfer.
- Posting day will always be a Saturday. Customer will recieve email confirmation and full package details once completed.
5) POSTAGE CHARGES :
- Postage cost will be added into the invoice.
- There will only be registered mail available.
- For each item purchased, to add $0.50
- For registered mail, to add $3.24
6) TERMS & CONDITIONS :
- Sorry, no refunds for items that DO NOT fit.
- Colors in image may differ from actual item due to lighting when taken and/or monitor settings.
- All items have gone thru QC (quality check) before being despatched.
- To maintain the quality of goods, do put items into individually laundry bags before laundering.
- Wash care instructions : Machine wash cold, only non-chlorine bleach when needed. Hang dry. Turn garment inside out, if sunning. Do not dry clean.
- We reserve the right to amend the T&Cs at any time.
